Nowadays,With the advent of the information technology and knowledge times,the software industry has made breakthrough development,the burgeoning of software companies,services in people's lives,learning,work and other aspects.Software companies bring in high efficiency and convenience,at the same time also faced with the fierce market competition,the enterprises need to dig out talents that has important value for enterprises from the market,and continuously encourage and guide the staff to make a great contribution to the growth of the organization,so that,they can obtain preponderance in the trade war,and growing.The core employees of enterprises have a solid professional knowledge and excellent technical ability,generally in the key positions of the enterprise,undoubtedly,they are an important factor to maintain competitiveness,the loss of such staff is a major blow to the enterprise.Companies give full play to the incentive of compensation management can effectively attract and retain key talent,however,with the arrival of the knowledge age,the incentive salary system increasing ly exposed its limitations,especially difficult for knowledge workers to achieve the expected incentive effect.Based on this,the ability-based pay management came into being,this article will research the competence of software enterprise core employee,and then construct the competency model,clear evaluation method,and on this basis,designing the compensation system for the core staff of software.so as to promote the core staff constantly learning,improve their ability,businesses and employees ca n promote common development,and also the enterprises can better maintain the core competitive advantage,adapt the development requirements of the era.On the basis of previous study,this paper studies the application of software enterprise core staff competency model in salary management.The article is mainly divided into three parts: the first part presents the background and significance of this research,combing compensation system based on competency at home and abroad,determine the research ideas and methods,and systematically elaborate the related theories of competency and compensation.the second part gives the definition of software enterprises and the core staff,and analyze the characteristics,and then expound the compensation and its existing problems of software industry.The third part through the key frequency statistics,and combining data analysis and expert opinion,access core staff features material,constructing the software enterprise competency model of the key employees,and using triangular fuzzy number thoughts to comprehensive evaluation competency,on this basis,build the ability-based compensation system.To a certain extent,the results of this study enriched the theory of competency,and also by certain groups to study specific industries,provide a reference for enterprises to improve their compensation management.
