Software R & D personnel is an important labor factor and carrier of high-tech and information of the enterprise. Creativity and enthusiasm showed by R & D staff in work largely determine the level of technology and industry competitiveness of software companies. Therefore, for software companies, only by using the effective ways to make the researchers always keep strong morale and high working enthusiasm as well as constantly burst out the R & D creativity will it be possible to achieve good performance. Incentive is a management idea and method that should be promoted by modern enterprise. Laws designed to conduct basic research on human investigation improve staff enthusiasm and creativity of a valid path. Currently, just because of the lack of effective incentives for software developers in many software companies, it reduces the enthusiasm of software developers and corporate loyalty and causes huge talent loss. In this sense, it's an important topic in the modern management of software enterprises that effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of R & D personnel through valid incentive strategy and explore the motivation of the current software developers and the corresponding countermeasures.Based on the economics and management of the incentive problem, this paper collects and summarizes the conclusion discussed and studied by scholars at home and abroad in the aspect of incentives, as well as conducts an in-depth study on the incentive problem of software research staff of H company by questionnaire, and refers to its staff incentive management system, to objectively analyze the existing problems and reasons for H company in the aspect of the incentives on its software research staff. In view of existing problems, this paper clearly identifies a basic principle and incentive goal for H company's research staff, proposes a strategy to improve the incentive management, effectively reduces the loss of research staff, inspires the innovation capability of research staff, fully arouses the enthusiasm of research staff, so as to improve the incentives of H company's research staff and provide a strong HR strategic support for H company's scientific development. At the same time, I sincerely expect that this paper can provide valuable experience for the incentive management of research staff of other software companies.
