Research On Tourism Development Community Building Path Of Depressed Countryside

At present our country has many depressed rurals where exist problems,such as large outflow and serious aging of population and so on.The depressed rurals are declining gradually.But there are still old buildings and rich tourism resources are urgent to be protected and developed.In the past,the rural tourism development model from top to bottom has produced many problems.Therefore,it is very important to find a new idea for the development of rural tourism.Different from the traditional model under the government leading,the community building movement in Japan and Taiwan is worth learning.Community building model is that,encouraging residents to organize spontaneously,meanwhile cultivating collective community consciousness of residents in participating in community affairs,the ultimate goal is to develop the community tourism in a better direction and realize the sustainable development of rural tourism.In the process of tourism development,with the help of various forces,it has important practical significance for the development of rural tourism that residents participating in community building.Its residents have independent design concept ? strong sense of community.Community building protects ancient buildings and tourism resources.So finding community building path is imminent for rural tourism development.The research object of this study is Zhao jiaxiang in Wulong County of Chongqing City,arranging the current development situation,elaborating two practice and development dilemma in the community building.Meanwhile discussing influencing factors in the progress of residents' willing participating in community building by using questionnaire survey.We found many problems.there are villagers' weaking collective consciousness,the lack of initiative of community building activities,unclosely linking between the various members of the organization ?the lack of professional personnel.Combining the case with research method of community building at local and overseas,from Zhao jiaxiangs' community building to found the problems,constructing path of depressed rural tourism development.First startting from the problem that the relationship between the members of the organization is not close,Setting up a reasonable organizational model,improve the community awareness of the community,improve the vital interests of the residents to encourage the villagers to actively participate in the community,coordinate the relationship between the major stakeholders in the depressed village,including villagers ?governments and volunteer organizations;Then startting from the villagers' enthusiasm of the community,establish an effective incentive mechanism,put forward two ways,that is incentive mechanism design and competition mechanism design.Community building emphasizes bottom-up,merge the main stakeholders of the villagers in the rural tourism destination,it contains government,volunteer organizations,etc.Together to solve the problems in the development of rural tourism,emphasizing the realization of sustainable development of rural tourism and maintaining the authenticity of the country.
