Research On Optimization Of Glove Industrial Cluster In Jiaxiang County

In such a rapid economic development and highly competitive society,the industrial clusters as a new form of economic growth have advantages over other general regional economies,such as transaction cost advantage,knowledge spillover effect and external economic effect,which play an increasingly important role on the development of regional economies and competitiveness.The Jiaxiang County county of Shandong province is a underdeveloped county in southwest Shandong province,using resources,location,labor and other advantages to develop labor-intensive industry — glove industry.Since the 1980 s,the gloves industry cluster has been growing,and the glove industry has become a pillar industry of Jiaxiang County.The ski gloves are exported to more than 30 countries,such as Japan,Korea,Europe and America,and named " China glove city ".At the same time,the glove industry in Jiaxiang County also has small economic aggregates,small enterprises scale,low technology content,OEM production,lack of independent intellectual property rights.With the success of the Beijing winter Olympic games,the " white economy" heating brought new business opportunities for the Jiaxiang County glove industry,the national fitness boom has also led to consumer demand.The glove industry in Jiaxiang County should seize the opportunity to achieve the optimization development and promotion.In this paper,the development of Jiaxiang County glove industry cluster as the research object,the multi-angle study of the development of industrial cluster in China,provides theoretical basis and guidance for how to optimize the glove industry in Jiaxiang County.This paper introduces the development process and present situation of glove industry in Jiaxiang County,designs a questionnaire to distributethe glove enterprises in the cluster,and analyzes the difficulties and problems of the current cluster.The advantages and disadvantages of Jiaxiang glove industry cluster,as well as the opportunities and threats in the development process are analyzed by SWOT analysis method,and puts forward countermeasures from the government,enterprises and related industries.The government should build a public support system,and actively cultivate leading enterprises;enterprises themselves should pay attention to talent training,strengthen enterprise management,focus on cultivating brand,improve the marketing network;In addition,the intermediary industry service system should be established and perfected,and multiple financing channels should be established.I hope to provide a reasonable and scientific basis for the optimization of the glove industry in Jiaxiang County.At the same time,I also hope this paper can provide some theoretical reference and practical countermeasures for the development of some similar textile industrial clusters in the underdeveloped areas.
