Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of High-tech Industry Development In Gansu Province

Since the reform and opening up,China has always taken high-tech R&D seriously,which introduced the "863" plan,"Torch Plan" and other policies.After more than 30 years' development,high-tech industry has become a important point of the growth of China's economy.At present,China's economy has entered the stage of "new normal".On one hand,keeping on developing high-tech industries can effectively promote regional economic development,on the other hand,it can also promote economic restructuring,accelerate economic transition.Therefore,in the new development period,the development of high-tech industry at the national level has been referred to a new height.Although Gansu Province is located in the underdeveloped areas of northwest China,it has long attached great importance to the development of high-tech industries.In 2006,the Gansu provincial government proposed to develop high-tech industries vigorously,and strive to make the development strategy of building innovative Gansu within fifteen years.However,up to now,the economic structure is still relatively simple,the proportion of low value-added traditional industries is relatively large,the proportion of high-tech industries is small.How to further improve the level of the development of high-tech industries in Gansu Province has become an important issue.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of high-tech industry development in Gansu Province,and puts forward the development suggestions on the basis of summarizing the problems existing in the development of high-tech industry in Gansu Province.At present,the research on the influencing factors of high-tech industry development in Gansu Province mainly focuses on single aspects such as R & D? financial policy and so on,however,the comprehensive quantitative analysis is little.This paper attempts to make a comprehensive quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of high-tech industry development in Gansu Province based on the theory of industrial development and the gray correlation analysis.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research background and significance,expound the research ideas.The second part is the part of the literature review,which mainly defines the definition of high-tech and high-tech industry,and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad.The third part analyzes the present status of high-tech industry in Gansu province from the aspects of industrial scale,industrial R&D,industrial structure,industrial layout and so on.The fourth part elaborates the main factors influencing the development of high-tech industry.The fifth part constructs the indicator system,and uses the gray correlation analysis to analyze the influencing factors of the high-tech industry development in Gansu province.The sixth part is based on the previous research and puts forward the problems facing the development of high-tech industry as well as the suggestions to solve them.
