| Improving the life quality of residents is an eternal theme for economic and social development,which has become the central content for world's social policy and development theory.With the development of social economy,people's life has been greatly improved,and more and more people begin to pay attention to their own life quality,not only reflecting that researches on life quality from the relevant domestic scholars are getting more and more,but also that the life quality of the people is paid more and more attention by country.China has put forward a series of policy measures to improve the living standards and quality of the residents as the purpose.At the same time,with the improved economic and social development,the residents' life quality is improved.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,there have been a series of urban problems such as traffic congestion,housing tension and environmental pollution,which have affected the quality of life of urban residents.In view of this,how to scientifically and rationally evaluate the quality of life of urban residents,to analyze the problems existing in the life of urban residents,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of life of urban residents has become an important research topic.Kaifeng is an important city in the central and eastern regions of Henan Province,adjacent to the provincial capital Zhengzhou,which is one of the representatives of the economically underdeveloped cities.Under the guidance of the strategy of "Three Districts and One Group" in Henan Province,according to the strategic promotion of Zhengzhou integration and Zhengzhou metropolitan area,Kaifeng City entered a period of rapid development,but the quality of life of urban residents similar to that of Zhengzhou and other regional centers had still a gap among the cities.Therefore,this paper chooses the urban areaof Kaifeng as the research area,to evaluates the quality of life of the urban residents in Kaifeng City,to analyze the problems faced by the improvement of the quality of life of the urban residents in Kaifeng City and the corresponding suggestions will be put forward to provide theory and practice support for the improvement of the quality of life of the urban residents in Kaifeng,at the same time,for other underdeveloped areas of urban residents,reference and reference will be provided to improve the quality of life.On the basis of the relevant literatures,this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research,analyzes the present situation of urban residents' life quality in Kaifeng and the problems existing in the life of urban residents,and then the paper will use the composite index method to construct the index system to evaluate the quality of life of the urban residents in Kaifeng.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,this paper will use TOPSIS method to analyze the time series change of the quality of life of residents in Kaifeng from 2000 to 2014,and the development of Economic Zone of Central Plains in different time nodes,using principal component analysis methods to analyze the influencing factors of the objective quality of life in Kaifeng.Secondly,through the questionnaire and statistical yearbook,the relevant data can be obtained,using the variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to manage the questionnaire survey data to study the satisfaction for quality of life of residents in Kaifeng.Finally,based on evaluation results of life quality in Kaifeng,the influencing factors of the quality of life of residents and the existing problems in Kaifeng can be found,and targeted recommendations will be put forward.Through the empirical study,the following main conclusions are drawn:Objective quality of life:(1)From 2000 to 2014,in Kaifeng,the overall objective quality of life for the population showed a continuous increasing trend.The improvement process for overall quality of life can be divided into three stages,in 2000-2003,low-level stability and improvement stage;in 2004-2005,a brief declining stage;in 2006-2014,therapid upgrading stage.(2)In Kaifeng,the rank for objective quality of life in Economic Zone of Central Plains gradually increases.Throughout the whole study period,the quality of life of urban residents in Kaifeng experienced the development course of the middle quality of life-the high quality of life in the Zhongyuan Economic Zone.In particular,the rank for life quality of the residents in Kaifeng rose to the fifth,as the better level in Zhongyuan Economic Zone in 2014.(3)The income and consumption of residents in Kaifeng,the level of urban public service,the level of urban cultural facilities and the urban environment are in the middle and lower levels in the Economic Zone of Central Plains,which restricts the improvement of the objective quality of life for the residents in Kaifeng.Satisfaction for the quality of life:(1)In Kaifeng,residents' overall satisfaction for life quality is at a general level.The satisfaction of the residents' quality of life in Kaifeng shows a tendency to increase gradually from east to west along the main road,of which the satisfaction of Jinming District is the highest,and the satisfaction of Yuwangtai District is the lowest.(2)Differences of gender,age,cultural education and occupation has a certain impact on the satisfaction for quality of life.There is no significant correlation in the satisfaction for gender,age,and quality of life.Satisfaction between the cultural education and quality of life has the significant positive correlation,and satisfaction for quality of life will increase with the education.Satisfaction between the occupation and quality of life also has a significant correlation,and the correlation is greater than the education.(3)Among the sub-satisfaction variables,the consumption situation and the medical condition have the greatest influence on the urban residents' satisfaction for quality of life,and the least influence on the urban residents' satisfaction for quality of life is public policy.The medical status and public policy from residents in Kaifeng have the highest dissatisfaction,and satisfaction mean is below 3.Based on the analysis results of this paper,the paper puts forward the following suggestions from the objective and subjective angle for problems existing in the life of urbanresidents in Kaifeng: First,from the provision of employment,the income of low-income people should be improved;enhance the level of urban public service,improve the facility construction in the city;increase the urban green area,and actively control the life garbage for city residents and other aspects;improve the objective quality of life of urban residents in Kaifeng.Second,from the standard medical market,rationally develop the drug prices;standardize traffic order,strengthen vehicle's parking management;appropriately increase the leisure and entertainment field,improve the basic entertainment facilities;improve the urban ecological environment and other aspects;enhance the satisfaction for quality of life in Kaifeng.The quality of life of urban residents is affected by many factors,in the process of the study,all aspects of the content need to be considered.From the research of this paper,there are two points to be improved: first,due to the limitations of the selected research units,the studied area can not be completed by spatial autocorrelation analysis.Second,because of the limitation of time and manpower,for the research on the life satisfaction of urban residents,one year of data can be only collected in Kaifeng.The satisfaction for life quality can not be analyzed by time series and spatial characteristics. |
