Analysis On The Influence Of Financial Deepening,Factor Endowments On Transformation And Upgrading Of Import And Export Trade

From the reform and opening up in 1978 to joining WTO,and then to the convening of the G20 summit in Hangzhou in 2016,China's international influence is increasing with the improvement of the overall national strength.During this period,China's import and export trade has also been considerable development.accelerating the transformation and upgrading the import and export trade has become a topic of sustainable development since the scale of import and export trade has gotten some achievements.Finance plays an incomparable role in promoting the upgrading of the structure of import and export trade.However,the situation of China's financial deepening development level and factor endowments are unbalanced development,which leads to the unbalanced development trade of the eastern,central and Western regions.Based on the above background,this article explore the effects of different regional financial deepening and factor endowments on the import and export trade transformation by analyzing the influence of the financial deepening and labor,capital and technology factors on the structure upgrading of import and export trade in different regional.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China in 2005-2015,this dissertation constructs the index system of financial deepening development and factor endowment.Calculating the financial deepening development level and factor endowments evaluation index by using the principal component analysis and the Helfendal-Hirshman index(HHI index),and then establishing the panel data econometric model with variable coefficients.make a comparison and empirical analysis after calculating the impact coefficient that the national,eastern,central and western areas of financial deepening,labor factors,capital factors,technical factors have on the import and export trade transformation and upgrading.Results show:In different regions of China,the effects that financial deepening and factor endowments have on the import and export trade transformation upgrade were significant.At the same time,the influence direction and degree also have obvious differences.From the perspective of financial deepening,the impact of financial deepening on the transformation and upgrading of import and export trade varies from place to place.The effect of factor endowments on the transformation and upgrading of import and export trade is different because of the difference of economic base,resource endowment and other factors.Overall,the impact of financial deepening,factor endowment on the transformation and upgrading of import and export trade have obvious difference.The labor factor play the largest role on China's foreign trade transformation and upgrading;the role of financial deepening also is relatively obvious,but the influence direction are different in different areas;however the capital factor and technology factors have a negative impact,which indicate this two factors did not get a better use.
