For the great diversity of national,ethnic and geographical aspects,a lot can be reflected from the cultural aspect of origin.Especially under the influence of the development trend of global economic integration,more Chinese enterprises began to participate in international competition in the market in the recent past.In order to operate a cross-border business model of the enterprise that is increasing,it has to overcome huge cultural differences and backgrounds in terms of suppliers,customers,partners,business people and government staff to implement effective cooperation.In the actual operation of multinational companies,not only from the geographical borders,ethnic types,cultural connotation to achieve a leap forward,but also because behavior patterns require differences in culture and customs value orientation on the formation of a different degree of cultural contradictions and conflicts.As one of the important factors affecting the effectiveness of management of multinational corporations,the dual role of culture is obvious,both multinationals promote development and progress,will become the constraints that hamper their sustainable development.In fact,the final effect of multinationals and corporate management of cultural differences are closely related,so that enterprises delve into the international process of building them,cultural differences and solve the coordination problem which can not be ignored by the correct depth of differences in understanding and grasping the cultural situation,and then you can find in different countries,regions,differences in corporate culture under the cross-cultural management mode,so that Chinese enterprises in the international market can occupy a favorable position to obtain more technical,financial multifaceted promotions with the help of human resources,in order to overcome cross-cultural management and avoid corporate conflicts and contradictions in cultural foundation.So,for the cross-cultural management affairs,multinational operations that management encounters,interfering factors,management systems goal to expand the inquiry is very important.After comparing many different management models in order to select the most appropriate mode of corporate cross-cultural management,which will play a role in conflict resolution advantage among cultures,as far as possible to avoid economic losses due to the harm caused by cultural differences.This paper first makes a detailed overview of the cross cultural concept;secondly,the Chinese and Egypt two countries corporate culture characteristics and differences are analyzed;again,to Chinese transnational enterprise management concept is studied;finally,the Chinese and Egypt enterprise culture management mode were compared and analyzed.The similarities and differences of cultural management between enterprises and their respective advantages and disadvantages,to a ABC company as an example,based on the new model,the two countries transnational enterprise culture management,for the treatmentof two multinational companies in the business process,caused by cultural differences in inappropriate treatment methods,improve the multinational enterprises management ability and management efficiency.
