In recent years, as the world economic integration grouping and regional economic deepening,the communications between countries, ethnic and national is changing more convenient, and at the same time, making the differences between the races getting smaller, but You can still clearly distinguish between Chinese and foreigners, what helps us distinguish is- culture.Yes, different cultures make that we do things in different ways, all this is because different cultures make our thoughts different,and the impact of this different can be found in our work, our life, even in our learning, all of these differences reflects the cultural charm and mystery. Fierce competition, making more and more companies to be the multinational companies, but we all know that compare to the local companies, multinational companies need to corporate with some companies that from different cultural backgrounds,even customers, suppliers, partners, employees, and government officials, because of cultural differences,these activities across life style, value orientation, and code of conduct and the existence of friction which may lead Culture clash.Successfully crossed the collision of different cultures may be made the multinational business even more powerful, but if not, then the cross-border business activities is likely to peter out, so to some extent, cultural differences will affect cross-border management operation and management of the success of the company.Therefore, in the process of internationalization and the dialectical view of exists in different cultures, on this basis, use appropriate ways to deal with these different, which is the process management model of intercultural conflict. if the multinational companies do things in the right way,then enterprise can make a good internal management, such as staff from different cultural background make a better communication, so work can be done smoothly, so that enterprises can have a steady development, expanding its influence in the world, making itself become a truly international enterprise. So how do we judge the cross-cultural management model used in our business model is the most suitable for our multinational companies developing? Or how do we find the most suitable multinational management model to develop our cross-cultural enterprise ? The author believes that in order to find the most suitable multinational management model for the enterprise, first of all, we need to understand what cross-cultural management issues will occur; secondly, We need to find the reasons for these cross-cultural managementproblems, or we need to find the key factors that influencing the cross-cultural management; Finally, we should analyze a variety of cross-cultural management mode now we can use, and combined with the specific situation of enterprises, choose the most appropriate cross-cultural management, and in practice the process tracking and timely feedback. In this way, companies can avoid cross-cultural management in a variety of traps, to ensure the smooth operation of multinational enterprises.This paper first introduced the selected topic significance and background, then about the crosscultural management research process,the author do a rough generalization to make sure that readings can clearly see the current status of the issue. Secondly, this paper summarize the definition of cross-cultural management, and carding the cross-cultural management evolution as a system, then author outlines the characteristics of Eastern and Western culture, and do some analysis about Eastern and Western cultures why have such a big difference, as well as Western corporate culture and Eastern corporate culture.Thirdly, the author analyzes the Chinese transnational business cross-cultural management issues, and explores the factors affecting these issues. Summarized and compared to the same time Chinese crosscultural management management. Finally, the author chooses Henan X transnational business group as the end of the article, according to the analysis carried out by the above comment and analysis on the Henan X Group’s cross-cultural management mode, hoping to provide some constructive advice and recommendations for the groups after the cross-cultural management.
