The development of cultural industry is gradually concerned in China’s socialist modernization drive,as a kind of cultural industry,traditional handicraft enterprises play an important role in the process of industrial development in China.Traditional handicraft embodies the ancient culture of Chinese nation,it also takes the responsibility of cultural inheritance.However,with the development of market economy and the change of market environment,the traditional handicraft enterprises emerge many serious problems in the fierce competition,for example,the traditional handicraft mainly depends on manual production,which is in contradiction with the scale economy of machine production and production line;the traditional family and workshop management makes the marketing method single and market radiation range narrow,which doesn’t fit in with the modern enterprise management concept,all these problems restrict the development of traditional handicraft enterprises to a certain extent.The key to solve these problems is to cultivate and improve the core competitiveness of traditional handicraft enterprises and to innovate the management system of enterprises.From the perspective of management,this paper mainly studies the core competence and the management system of traditional handicraft enterprises,trying to provide feasible suggestions for the healthy development of the enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the traditional handicrafts and management systems on the basis of microeconomics,enterprise strategy,investment and enterprise management theories,establishing the evaluation mode of core competence.Then,through a field survey of four handicraft enterprises in four areas,the author conducted questionnaires and obtained relevant data.After that,the author used the core competitiveness evaluation model and SWOT analysis methods analyzing the data of the traditional handicraft enterprises and the core competence.At last,the author drew the conclusion and policy recommendations.The results show that: the traditional handicraft enterprises has a relative good development in policy and culture,which is not only due to the deep cultural heritage of the traditional handicraft,but also the support of the government.All of these advantages can continue to develop,but the management,human capital investment,the use of science and technology is still at a disadvantage,which should be further improved.According to the above research,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations:(a)Innovate management concept: the enterprises should form learning mechanism and establish their own excellent corporate culture through the core competitiveness enhancement,capital management,information management,personnel management.(b):Innovate management organization: the enterprises can set up a streamlined and efficient organizational structure according to the market demand,and introduce new organizational model like management structure,they can also make use of the external resources to form strategy and knowledge alliance to achieve resource sharing.(c)The introduction of advanced technology: the advanced technology into the management process,and further form a comprehensive information management system,the use of these information technology not only in the production of products,as well as mode of operation and sales model.(d)Innovate management strategy: the enterprises should learn how to use advanced science and technology when making developing strategies.For example,they can use scientific data for the overall evaluation of the enterprise,and then get the comprehensive evaluation of the indicators,so that he can get the development strategies.(e)The establishment of seeking-with-education-to stay a set of talent management system,to achieve efficient human allocation,the enterprises should give employees the right to innovate to develop an incentive system,and award the employees who make use of innovate to develop.Besides,they should increase the sensitivity of employees for no pay,they can also regulate the differential salary system while increasing the intensity of training.With the four above aspects combined together,we can promote the development of the enterprises. |
