Study On The Revitalizing Of Vacant Housing In The Suburb Of Jinhua

One of the problems facing in the rural areas of China is that a lot of new and renovated house are vacant.With the development of urbanization and industrialization in China,a large number of young workers in rural areas have been employed in cities.A small number of farmers are able to buy houses in the city,and the majority of the farmers will have to build new houses or renovate the old houses in the original rural areas.However,the distance between rural area and work place is too far to come back in one day.The houses are vacant,and the land resource is wasted.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the causes of vacant housing,and put forward some suggestions.In this paper,the villages in the suburb of Jinhua were selected as the investigation sites.The new and renovated vacant housings which have large vacant areas,and have been vacant for a long time,were selected as the object of investigation to know the base situation and reasons for vacant housing.Through the establishment of evaluation system,analyze the possibility of using the natural resources to revitalize the vacant housing,put forward model of revitalizing vacant housing.It is significance for the vacant housing in other areas.On the basis of previous studies,according to the vacant time and the use degree,vacant housing is defined as the following three conditions:firstly,the house is uninhabited and completely vacant in the homestead;secondly,the house is vacant for 3-12 months in the homestead,which is uninhabited in the vacant period;thirdly,the house is vacant for 3-12 months in the homestead,which is inhabited in the vacant period.Through field survey,Jiulong village,Zhongtou village and Wangcun village,which are in the suburbs,have large vacant housings,and that were vacant for a long time.They are near the scenic spot,and their ecological environment is satisfactory,the transportation are convenient,which is suitable for bed and breakfast and elderly care.Datang village and Dongjing village,which is in the outer suburbs,is nearby the newly developed area of Jinhua and Yinwu,where has a lot of employment opportunities.The villagers can come back in one day,so there is little vacant housing,which is not able to revitalizing and development.Zhengzhai village,Qintan village and Shangye village have numbers of vacant housings,and they are rich in tourism resources,which is suitab,le for the development of bed and breakfast.But,they are in the outer suburb,and it is too far from the urban hospital.So they are not suitable for the development of elderly care.Through the comparative analysis,there is little vacant housing in the economically developed areas;and there are a number of vacant housings in the economically backward areas,but the houses are low availability.The old and new houses cross distribution in rural areas with moderate economic development,which likes suburb of Jinhua,where are many available vacant housings.The village that is located in remote mountainous areas,lack of resources,and contact inconveniently with external,is prone to.vacant.The villagers are backward thinking,and not familiar with the homestead policy,what's more,village organization is lack of management,which also are the reasons for the emergence of vacant housing.The vacant-housing in can be divided into four categories,according with the conditions of the village:Jiulong,Zhongtou,Wangcun,and Shangye are depended on the scenic spots,Qintan and Zhengzhai are rich.in natural scenery,Datang and Dongjing is rich in historical and cultural resources,and all.of them have excellent ecological environment.Finally,the reference to the domestic and international about housing revitalizing measures,I suggest develop bed and breakfast and elderly care for the villages that have vacant housings in the suburbs of Jinhua.The two models should be done in the following areas:Under the guidance of government,the policy planning should be in advance;the villagers need participate fully in the development plan and the professional training;to establish industry associations;to improve the network service platform,and realizing information management;service item must be diversification and individuation;industrial resources could keep a tendency of sustainable develop.
