With the development of "Net+",E-commerce leaped forwards,its applications expanded and its pattern evolved, which influences people's way of living all over the world. Since China is an agricultural country, with the reform and economic progress, its low rate in total land for cultivation results in the problems such as a one-fold structure in agriculture market, a lag in the producing and marketing of agricultural products, no development in the pattern of agricultural market and a drift of agricultural population.Agricultural E-commerce popularizing, online stores spring up in villages and the connections between information and material, between on-line and off-line, strengthen.It is a call from the new era that we must develop E-commerce in agricultural producing and marketing. And the E-commerce connects agricultural products and consumers,which makes consumers know products better and brings farmers more income. It also enhances the financial service and the trust betweens. Can the new pattern of E-commerce help us to solve the problems—the investment of agricultural market is big,the profit cycle lasts too long, and there are some restricting factors in the trading market of agricultural products? It needs study and application. The thesis is based on the present pattern of agricultural E-commence, and explores the application of ecological E-commerce pattern which suits new agriculture, new farmers and new rural area.The thesis aims to draft a system consists of a new developing pattern of E-commerce of agricultural products and its application path which methodologically guides the present innovation and breakthrough of economic development of agricultural products.The thesis constructs a new pattern of agricultural E-commerce based on the following points.Firstly, the thesis analyses and explores the essence of new E-commerce pattern of agricultural products in a multi-dimension, multi-perspective and multi-channel way, on the ground of the present E-commerce pattern, and bravely predicts the developing trend of the pattern.Secondly, the thesis analyses the present E-commerce of agricultural products in China and compares it with those in developed countries, and finds out the problems we are facing and the corresponding reasons.Thirdly, since there are some problems in stocking, purchasing and information management in the E-commerce chains of fresh agricultural products, the thesis points out that management ideas should be changed and purchasing and information managements should be improved. And in this way can we guarantee a smooth operating of supply chain and strive for the development of agricultural product market.Fourthly, the thesis constructs an ecological pattern of agricultural product E-commerce on the foundation of the analysis of E-commerce pattern of the localized cooperative, analysis of E-commerce in counties and towns, ways of farm-to-house joint based on healthy IoT(Internet of things), the analysis of localized 020 pattern, and pattern analysis of cloud computing visualization.Based on the above four points, we can optimize agriculture system and agricultural production and market system, and explore a series of new and sustainably developing E-commerce patterns, regarding market demand as the core, with the aim of increasing farmer's income and ensuring an effective supply, especially focusing on improving the quality of agricultural supply.
