Study On The Development Of Potato Industry In Enshi Prefecture Under The Background Of The Staple Food

In 2015,the Ministry of Agriculture proposed to implement the potato staple grain strategy in China,which made the potato industry develop to a new level,and the development of the industry faced new opportunities.In the past two years,some potato high yield areas have put forward the way to implement the potato main grain strategy in accordance with the regional characteristics,which has made great achievements and promoted the implementation of potato staple grain strategy,Enshi prefecture is a famous potato producing area in China,Potato planting scale and total production are in the leading position in Hubei Province,Enshi Prefecture government also took the lead in the development of potato grain industry and other policy documents to support the development of local potato industry.The implementation of potato staple grain strategy will inject new vitality into the potato industry development in Enshi Prefecture,and will certainly promote the new transformation of potato industry development in Enshi Prefecture,and provide a new growth pole for the sustainable development of agriculture in Enshi Prefecture.Firstly,in the background of potato staple grain,the relevant materials and literature were consulted,and the current situation of potato industry development at home and abroad was analyzed,and the background and significance of the topic were introduced;Secondly,the research combed the related concepts of industry and related theories of industrial development,which laid a theoretical foundation for the analysis of potato industry development;Thirdly,we are using SWOT analysis method,the paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of potato industry development in Enshi Prefecture,and probes into the practical problems existing in the development of potato industry in Enshi Prefecture;Then,the development of potato industry in Enshi Prefecture was evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Finally,according to the actual problems existing in the development of potato industry in Enshi Prefecture,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions : Changing the concept of main Grain and strengthening media propaganda,Extending the Industrial chain and improving the efficiency of Industrial processing,Perfecting infrastructure and ramming the material foundation of industry,Increasing scientific research investment and realize technological collaborative innovation,Cultivating new management subject and create regional brand,Constructing the Potato big data platform and promoting industry informatization.
