In the process of promoting new-type urbanization in China,the sustained land area construction growth and the increasingly salient contradiction of ecological protection have become resource difficulties which is hindering the urban ecological environment health and sustainable development of urban economy.So the bottleneck of the shortage of land resources must be broke to adapt the economic "new normal" and to protect the ecologic.The research of urban construction land should not only pay attention to "quantity" but also pay attention to "quality".Urban construction land has been in extensive,disorderly spread expansion in a long term.In the current context of "strictly controlling the incremental and making stock alive",how to reasonably use the limited land resources,to achieve the rational distribution of urban construction land,taking into account the ecological effects and economic effects of regional development has become the research focus of land issue.From this perspective,the effective way to protect the ecological environment and alleviate the pressure of the construction land is to develop the suitable regionalization of urban construction land development.From the point of view of space division,it is an important measure to improve the ecological environment and improve the social productivity in order to promote the rational planning and layout of urban construction land.Therefore,this study fits the two aspects of the strength of ecological constraints and economical demands,achieves space development feasible regionalization study of urban construction land,provides decision reference materials of researching preparation of land using master plans and spatial distribution of new urban construction land,also enriches the relative contents of space development feasible regionalization study.This paper aims to achieve the goal of the regionalization of urban construction land suitable development,according to the specific requirements of the intensity of ecological constraints and economic demands,which contradiction is for the basis on theoretical level,combining the factors including the city expansion boundary,ecological patterns and economic demands.From the technical stratification,this paper integrates the characteristics of the MCR model,comprehensive discriminant model with multi-factor and the two-dimensional spatial correlation matrix.The empirical study takes Yan Cheng and She Yang as the research areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Classification of urban construction land use ecological constraint strength.She Yang is divided into four types of zones(low intensity,mid intensity,high intensity and ecological obstacles)according to the minimum cumulative resistance value by the aid of MCR model,and simulates the process of urban construction land expansion.The zones with high intensity of ecological constraints occupy 42.35 percent,while those with low intensity of ecological constraints occupy 26.09 percent,which takes large difference in number.Generally,ecological protecting is the dominant.Ecological constraints with different strength register as distribution of stepped type from the space distribution.The strength is raised gradually which radiates outwards and shows the extreme correlation among terrain,ecology,vegetation coverage and land use.(2)Classification of urban construction land use economical needs strength.Multi-fact synthetic differentiation method was used to form three types of zones:high strength of economical needs,mid strength of economical needs and low strength of economical needs.The zones with high intensity of economical constraints occupy 50.57 percent,while those with low intensity of economical constraints occupy 12.23 percent.Comparing the classification results of ecological constraint strength,the contradiction is prominent:there is high economical demand but severe situation of ecological land use.Spatially,high strength of economical needs distribution tends to He De and Yan Cheng,which is dominated by the area connected with the range of northern,central and southern She Yang and shows significant differences with the eastern and western districts.(3)Space partitions of urban construction land suitability Based on Classification of urban construction land use ecological constraint strength and Classification of urban construction land use economical needs strength,the space partitions of urban construction land suitability were divided into high construction suitable area,construction area of suitable,protection area of suitable and high suitable protection area of four grades,which used the spatial association matrix,and investigated the spatial distribution features by analyzing the spatial autocorrelation and urban-rural gradient.The ratios of the four region types are 29.59%,34.59%,24.78%,11.04%respectively,which is with a suitable proportion and satisfies current urban construction land expansion needs,also meets intraregional ecosystem service.From space,the index of global Moran's I is0.73.The distribution of cold spots and hot spots agglomeration is obvious,which appears space clusters in general.The space partitions of urban construction land suitability development shows the characteristic—core-periphery,which called city and country dual structure.The suitable construction region of Mesh Lattice Units around He De is most intensive and decreases outwards.This Spatial Differentiation Phenomena is closely related to the level of urbanization.(4)Aiming at the problem which may arise when promote space layout optimization of urban construction land,some suggestions are proposed from following aspects:planning and management enhancing,supply standards of urban construction land,improvements in construction land utilization efficiency,comprehensive promotion of land consolidation,moderate development of reserve land resources for suitable construction,etc.
