| The increase of urban construction land exploit intensity is a process that the urban construction land area and the vertical construction space are continuously exploited and utilized.The urban population density is growing and the urban economy is developing continuously.But at the same time,the ecological and environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,How to achieve the coordinated development of construction land use and ecological environment will become the focus of research.At present,the academic community from the land exploit intensity to analyze its impacton the ecological environmental,which mainly studies the difference of the relationship between the two regions and the different exploit intensity levels,and the change ofthe couping relationship between the two regions.But from the perspective of the construction land exploit intensity to analyze the impact of the theirindicators on the ecological environmental of the difference,as well as Lanzhou City,such an industrial city of its constructionland exploit intensity and ecological environment effect of what characteristics are rarely studied.In this context,this paper analyzes the relationship between the construction land exploit intensity and ecological environment in Lanzhou City,and find out the reasons of ecological environment deterioration in Lanzhou City,and puts forword the countermeasures and suggestions to improve its ecological environment.Based on the literature review,the mechanism and influence of urban construction land exploit and ecological environment,this paper analyzes the present situation of ecological environment in Lanzhou City.Taking the data of Lanzhou in 2000 to 2015 assample,using PLS-structuralequation model to quantitative study the relationship between construction land exploit intensity and ecological environment :Firstly,constructs the index system of construction land exploit intensity and ecological environment effect,and the classification standard of eco-environmental effect is formulated and the hypothesis is put forward.Secondly,using PLS-structural equation model to study the difference ofthe degree of construction land exploit intensity to ecological environment.Thirdly,on the basis ofclassification of eco-environmental effects,using the PLS-structural equation model to calculate the construction land exploit intensity and long-term sustainable pollutionand short-termpollution comprehensive index and the path coefficient between themof Lanzhou,Yinchuan and Nagoya,and were compared with Yinchuan and Nagoya respectively,so as to evaluate the Lanzhou City and summarize the problem;Finally,according to the existingproblems,put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Main research conclusions:(1)The urban construction land exploit intensity is positively corrElated with the ecological environment effect,however,there are differences in the impact degree of each index on the ecological and environment effects.In general,the extent of construction land exploitbreadth to the ecological environmentis greater than theconstruction land exploit depth;the construction land exploitbreadth of each measure indicators have significant difference on the ecological environment effect,the industrial land has the most influence on ecological environment,the second is the residential land,and the transportation land is the smallest,construction land exploit depth of each measure indicators have no significant difference on the ecological environment effect.(2)The ecological effect of Lanzhou construction land exploit intensity is mainly for long-term sustainable pollution.Under the circumstance of not taking effective measures,the marginal effect of construction land exploit intensity on the ecological environment effect constantly reduced,but the degree of deterioration continuously strengthen,So the Lanzhou City,on the one hand to control the urban construction land exploit intensity,to speed up the construction and development fo new district in Lanzhou,to Lanzhou urban construction land exploitintensity control within the land carrying capacity and ecological carrying capacity;on the other hand from the optimization of city layout and strengthen environmental pollution control two aspects to improve the ecological environment.(3)The marginal effect of urban construction land exploitintensity on the ecological environment is decreasing first and then increasing sharply. |
