The Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Network On Business Innovate Model

Market economy has been implemented for more than thirty years in China. During this period, economically competitive power increases dramatically, which is the result that the joint efforts of regional economic developments contribute to, especially the contribution of Wenzhou. Therefore, in the background of New Normal and Reform &Development, the spirit of entrepreneurs and the valuable experience of Wenzhou model play important practical reference roles for the next development of Chinese socialist market economy, at the same time; it also gives a proposal for the development of regional economy and the upgrade of corporate reform.Under the macro-level background of the socialist market economy and the Wenzhou model, this paper analyzes three typical enterprises, the process from the set up to mature, in Wenzhou, using a logical deduction, comparative analysis, case study and the experience conclusion. From the prospective of entrepreneurship network, this paper focus on that these companies have positive effects to different businesses and innovation modes in various stages. Depending on the literature review, this paper divides the entrepreneurial network to three levels,macro-level, meso-level and micro-level, demonstrating and proving three main variables independently in the entrepreneurial environment,the market network and the entrepreneur network. This paper shows the theory and their roles, and it combines four stages, creation, growth,maturity and transformation to study the relationship between entrepreneur network and business model. And it stimulates the evolution for business modes and promotes the reform of Wenzhou mode in the micro level.The value and innovation on this paper are reflected in the following three aspects. Firstly, this paper has the relevant study of business models, reorganizing general business models and categories.Secondly, this paper identifies and verifies the relationship between three levels of entrepreneurial network and innovations of business model, and indicating its importance and roles. Based on this analysis, it emphasizes the essential variables of entrepreneurial network. Finally, this paper uses case study to analyze the mechanism of enterprise network on business innovate model.In the study, this paper uses the case study which is in the prospective of enterprise network to analyze the business innovate model,which helps us to understand the Wenzhou model and the Wenzhou entrepreneurs, significance which is the bellwether of Chinese market economy. It is no doubt that there are many deficiencies in the paper, and we need to improve further.
