Liquor industry is gradually transforming from hand-small workshop in the 1950 s to the present scale and modern model,and technological innovation has been through its development process,such as the extensive development of wine raw materials,string steaming process,blending,using advanced equipment and intelligent equipment,and so on.However,the existing liquor aging technology is still using the natural aging method,which causes so many problems like the time opportunity cost,site demand,alcohol consumption rate of wine,the backlog of capital and turnover.They hinder the pace of business development and further transformation and upgrading of business model,that the opportunity cost and the backlog of funds caused by the existing liquor aging process is the bottleneck of liquor business model to further transform and upgrade.Therefore,how to scientifically and effectively shorten the aging time of liquor,while ensuring the quality and stability of liquor,and improve the economic efficiency of liquor enterprises has become the survival and development of business strategy,which essence is the technical strategy.This paper is through technological improvements to solve the current difficulties faced by small and medium enterprises and improve corporate profits.This paper is through describing the technical difficulties of the traditional aging technology and artificial aging method to find new solutions and schemes.In this part,we will find a lot of literature,including research papers,industry association annual reports,the National Bureau of Statistics Yearbook,trade association statistics and so on,and the the use of professional database model to sum up a variety of methods of aging liquor reminders,and the comparative study among the aging of the wine used in different containers obtained by different aging effects,and the use of deduction France integrated a variety of professional researchers in the aging of alcohol and other areas of technical research results to further innovation test.Finally,we get the solution that can be realized.At the same time,this article obtains the necessary analysis sample to the market demand of the product from the newspaper and the interview form,judging the market experience of the project from another aspect,and providing the basis for the business strategy decision.In the judgments of the technical and economic feasibility of the program on the basis of the final product to reveal how the pain points in ord er to achieve the market value of the project market.This paper uses Porter's five-force model and SWOT method to analyze the competitive situation of the project and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself,and formulates the corresponding enterprise development strategy and business model.The 4P theory is used to analyze the implementation strategy of this project.While using the time value of the principle of funds and cash flow method to calculate the rate of return and net present value for the input-output cost budget,return forecast and sustainable profitability and other financial indicators,while taking the balance of break even analysis and sensitivity event risk analysis of the project The potential risks faced by the proposed response to specific measures.The conclusion is as follows: the project's business model is feasible and high profit level,the average net profit margin can reach 15%.The whole risk is controllable and the project is worth investing.
