During the period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China’s economy has entered a period of new normal,which brings an opportunity for the development of agricultural modernization.As an important part of modern agriculture,the tea industry will enter a new stage of development of ecological agriculture.As an important province of tea production,Anhui has various brands of tea,and many tea enterprises.However,on the whole,most of the enterprise has small scale,poor management and lack of modern management idea,with simple Business Model and the industrial structure,which lead to the market value far less than the Pu’er Tea and Longjing Tea.Therefore,transformation and innovation of Business Model has become an urgent problem for many Tea enterprises in Anhui.Business model research of Tea enterprises based on the perspective of Anhui Tea industry consolidation also has become a new research subject.This article selects Xie Yuda Tea Co.,Ltd as the research object,based on the perspective of Anhui Tea industry consolidation,starting from the integrated definition of business model,learn from Osterwalder’s model(2005),analysis the logic of strategic,operating and earning,as well as the impact on the value creation.And then refining and summarized the Business Model is a kind of system which based on a strategic thinking of the perspective of Anhui Tea industry consolidation,develops the Anhui tea market relied on the formation of industrial network,and deliver value,finally realize the profit value.Under the existing business model,Xie Yuda Tea Co.,Ltd has good operation ability and profitability,as well as Return on Equity and Net Profit Margin are on the rise,Dopont analysis method shows the operating capability and profitability are good.In addition,the results of EVA show good business performance.So the business model of Xie Yuda is worth many Anhui tea companies to learn from.In conclusion,the business model of Xie Yuda Tea Co.,Ltd affords lessons for Tea enterprises in Anhui which need transformation and innovation of Business Model.First of all,constitute and implement a strategic thinking of the perspective of Anhui Tea industry consolidation in accordance with their own development to overcome the difficulties brought by the suppliers or customers bargaining.Secondly,following the market change,adjust the value proposition of products and service and have a destination for horizontal consolidation of tea industry.The third is development tourism and other derivative tea industry,to adjust the customer relationship and stimulate consumption.The last but not least,strengthen the construction of brand and channel to promote sales,to promote the industrial chain to integration.At the same time,the business model of Xie Yuda Tea Co.,Ltd is still insufficient;therefore,the following Suggestions are put forward.One is to speed up the development of derivative industry to implementation of new revenue growth.Second is to intensify research and development,which enlarge the number of young market,change the income structure,to form a new profit point.The third adjust the price to broadening the customer group.The fourth integrate with other famous tea category,expand the market.
