China Huanqiu engineering company of Liaoning branch company(hereinafter referred to HQ company)as a project contracting services company,since its founding,under the leadership of the group corporation,has seized huge development opportunities,closely around the northeast old industrial restart,has achieved good operating performance.Since 2015,along with the industrial chain upstream(the reform of supply raw material price adjustments)and downstream of the real estate industry recession,the company's business performance began to decline,and especially in 2016.full implementation of supply side reform in each demography place,carrying on the strategy of rejuvenating the northeast economic layout,HQ company executives believe this is a rare strategic opportunity,and discussing for many times,finally decided on the basis of the offensive competitive strategy,continue to deepen adjustment,to adjust the human resource strategy deeply,the company decide to strengthen training for existing staff,in order to face new opportunities and challenges.HQ company's human resources management,especially the employee training work must match the company's strategic offensive.Based on this background,the author try to research existing problems of HQ company's staff training system,and tries to find the company's main problems existing in staff training system,and combining with in-depth analysis the internal and external environment and safeguard put forward the corresponding adjustment.For HQ company,optimize the current system of staff training,to adapt to the company's future strategic development requirements,is the company's powerful magic weapon,optimize staff training now become a HQ company ‘s key problems,the human resources department must solve.This study used "propose questions-analysis problem-problem solving" training thought,making analysis of HQ's present situation and problems in staff training system,the paper include the following several parts.The first chapter is the introduction chapter(question identify),from study necessity,combing research background,theoretical background,expounds the important practical significance and theoretical significance of this study,review the research status at home and abroad,this research method(including normative analysis,comparative analysis,data analysis,case analysis,etc.),thinking of writing(drawing research road map);The second chapter for analysis of the basic theory of training(provide theoretical tools for problem analysis),summarized the basic theory of strategic orientation of staff training,staff training system basic mode of strategic orientation and content analysis;The third chapter is the problem analysis section of this study,based on HQ staff training system present situation analysis,empirical analysis,employee training satisfaction refined company main problems of the current staff training system,a diagnostic evaluation carried out for HQ staff training system;Chapter iv for the HQ company strategy guide staff training system optimization design overall plan(problem solving),put forward the strategic orientation concrete scheme optimization design,staff training management system of training and specific implementation process management put forward new ideas;Fifth chapter for optimization strategy oriented HQ staff training system safeguard.Chapter sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect,gives the conclusion and puts forward the future.
