Analysis On The Efficiency And Driving Factors Of Quasi Market Oriented Agricultural Socialization Service

In China,the traditional extensive development mode has led to the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems.Facing the double extrusion of the resources and environment,it is worth studying deeply to establish the agricultural service system which takes into account the economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits.In this paper,we use 2008~2015 provincial panel data to measure the efficiency of quasi market oriented agricultural socialization service and its decomposition factors.In this paper,the formation mechanism of agricultural socialized service and the economic analysis of agricultural service are discussed theoretically.The main subjects of new food management,such as family farms,cooperatives and agricultural enterprises,not only played the role of service providers,but also played a role in the dissemination of agricultural technology intermediary.But technological progress and transaction cost are the key factors that restrict the development of agricultural service.Secondly,it analyzes the difference of the efficiency of quasi market oriented agricultural socialization service,including the difference of service efficiency.In addition,this paper discusses the spatial effect of quasi market oriented agricultural socialization service technology.Finally,this paper analyzes and discusses the driving factors of the efficiency of quasi market agricultural socialization service in 2008~2015.The main conclusions are:(1)The efficiency of quasi market oriented agricultural socialization service in China is in a weak state in the late stage.The efficiency of quasi market agricultural socialization service decreased significantly from 2013 to 2014,which not only had a large decline,but also had the overall situation.The growth of the outbreak period is from 2008 to 2009,the region is in the rapid growth trend of the 26 provinces.According to the analysis of the overall trend of time,in 2008 as the base,most of the quasi market oriented social service efficiency index showed a downward trend after a rebound in the depth of V.(2)In the central region,the whole service efficiency of the quasi market agriculture has great advantages,but in the technical progress,the eastern region has the absolute leading.(3)The service efficiency of quasi market socialization Chinese 3 functional areas of food value of some rising,but the difference is that gradually reduce the provincial agricultural social service to enhance the overall but the gap decreased trend.(4)There is a positive correlation between the technological progress of quasi market socialization services in China's provinces and autonomous regions,that is,the phenomenon of spatial convergence.(5)The construction of agricultural mechanization plays an irreplaceable role in driving the total factor productivity of agricultural productive services,and the dependence of the agricultural production service industry on the development of chemical fertilizer is gradually decreasing.
