Power grid enterprises are enterprises that carry out power transmission,power grid laying,and electricity management and electricity welfare business.Most power grid enterprises are state-owned enterprises.In the current economic development of China,the power grid enterprises become a society.The basis of all aspects of work,the situation of the power grid enterprises themselves,affecting the development of power services in a city and the stability of power supply.The employees of the grid companies are the key to determining the effectiveness of the business.In the process of restructuring the power grid enterprise,discussing the employee management strategy,especially from the perspective of welfare reform,how to motivate employees and accomplish the purpose of enterprise restructuring and development has become a key issue in the management of power grid enterprises.The analysis of the literature on welfare research at home and abroad reveals that there is almost no research on the welfare program alone as a research content.The welfare program is implemented as a welfare system,and various types of research such as welfare system and welfare management appear together.In the study,to study the welfare program,we must start with the value of welfare management,based on the welfare system,and then discuss the specific methods of welfare management.Therefore,in this study,the discussion of welfare programs is also based on the value of welfare management and the construction of welfare system.The research aimed at A grid enterprises,using questionnaires,interviews and data analysis methods to explore the company's welfare program,in order to provide advice for the welfare management work in the company's restructuring process.According to the investigation and research,the welfare level of A grid enterprise is medium,but the welfare plan is not updated for a long time.The welfare plan of the institution period is basically followed,and the welfare system and the welfare plan conflict,the employee's job satisfaction is low,and the work performance is generally And there is a problem of employee aging and employee turnover.Enterprises urgentlyneed to promote restructuring through the reform of welfare programs to achieve enterprise development planning.The new welfare program was decided by employee demand survey and voting.The company added new corporate welfare content,changed the welfare cost structure,and defined welfare administration,welfare planning and supervision matters,and implemented it for 3 months in A grid enterprises.After the new welfare program,employees' job satisfaction increased,work performance improved,and the employee structure reform was promoted,opening the situation for the implementation of enterprise development planning.
