Employee welfare management has become an important content of enterprise human resource management.As an important part of the compensation system,employee welfare is not only an important means for enterprises to improve the competitiveness of talents,but also an important way to realize the incentive of employees.In recent years,some enterprises in the welfare of workers at any cost,a large amount of investment,not only did not achieve the desired effect,but led to employee complaints,this phenomenon is worth thinking about.In this paper,PT company as the research object,combined with PT company's existing employee welfare projects,the company's 31 employees,subordinate units 295 employees of the questionnaire survey.The survey found that workers performed relatively differently in terms of welfare needs due to characteristics such as sex,education,age and marital status,and found that employees were generally satisfied with the existing benefits of the enterprise.On the basis of the investigation,this paper summarizes the problems in the management of the employee welfare of PT company,after further analysis,it is believed that the lack of understanding of the value of different welfare items and the poor choice of welfare items are the main reasons for the problem.
