With the development of telecommunication technology and mobile phone creation technology, the cost of communication becomes lower and lower, and at the same time, the communication quality becomes higher and higher. In this background, mobile phones become more common and are necessary part of our life. At present, the competition of mobile phone industry is much intense, the profit of mobile phone manufacturer is declining, and so, all the manufacturers face to a big challenge. In order to survive, they should change the company strategic. For Nokia, it should also take actions to face this situation even though it is the biggest mobile phone company.Based on the current status of mobile phone industry, this paper analyzes Nokia's strategic, competitive power and how to improve the competitive power. This paper studies Nokia's actions by using strategic theory, and then gets Nokia's new strategic direction, and gives some suggestions for reference.
