With the development of economy and society,of smaller families,aging population trend has become increasingly prominent,and was followed by the growing demand of urban residents Housekeeping,their common housekeeping service needs and promote the further birth development of domestic service industries.At present,China's domestic service is still at the primary stage of development,there is a difference in confidence,chaotic management,and low degree of customer acceptance.Although today's Housekeeping towards the diversification,professional direction,but at the moment Home Economics 020 "Internet +"background trend presents a blowout situation,the rapid development there have been growing and the company does not match mode,users sticky low,strengthen the development of effective customer conversion rate and other issues,constraints,companies and industries.In this paper,to create value from the perspective of the business model,combined with Y Case 020 domestic companies practice in the analysis of the pattern of the match,from the value proposition,value creation and value capture three levels to analyze the match Y domestic companies this kind of business model,effectiveness and risks of proposed risk response strategies.Combined with the current three major domestic 020 models were compared,summed up today's society is more suitable for the development of domestic 020 business models and improved way to provide useful reference for the healthy development of domestic industry.
