Study On The Rural Collective Economy Shareholding System Reform

For a long time,the development of rural collective economy is ignored in the family management system,so that the public utilities,agricultural modernization,the development of the market economy and other aspects are not due to "ignore" the rural collective economic organizations,which brought a lot of problems can not fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers,rural residents awareness of a serious lag,organization the obvious lack of supervision and management.The rural collective economy joint-stock transformation is actually based on the market economic demand,the introduction of modern property right system in rural collective economic organizations,in order to increase the income of farmers is now one of the "magic weapon",is also an inevitable result of city development.Now a lot of places in rural collective economic organizations have made bold reform of joint-stock cooperative system,so the idea is more and more clear,generally the breakthrough positioning for the reform of land property right,will focus on the positioning for the establishment of business operation mechanism of collective assets in the new situation,the new system background,and thus give innovation on asset operation the mechanism,improve the intensity and speed of enterprise system transformation.In this paper,JS village Huiji district as an example,firstly,the development trend of the rural collective economic organizations property rights system reform and the problem and make a brief overview,and combine the successful cases of Chinese,and in this regard,the JS’s village collective economic organizations joint-stock reform showed preliminary results,methods,such as process make elaborate,summing up the experience,finally according to the situation of Huiji District,put forward the corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures on how to reform the rural collective economy to better stock.
