In the background of the current economic development under the new normal stage of development,the coal industry into demand growth slowdown,overcapacity and inventory digestion period,strengthen environmental constraints and structural adjustment period "four phases coexist",changes in coal consumption pattern,the relationship between coal supply and demand in the market has changed,overcapacity has become a new crack the subject of the current development of the coal industry.Coal enterprises in the past extensive operating state of coal sales has been unable to adapt to the new situation of sales requirements.Therefore,actively explore the new situation of coal marketing strategy has become particularly necessary,as soon as possible to seize the big changes in the big opportunities brought about by change.The analysis focuses on the historical background of the development of coal industry marketing and progressive significance,stand on a different perspective to introduce domestic and foreign development present situation,the use of all kinds of management methods,research contents,research goal one by one,such as analysis provides the conditions for follow-up study.In addition,the internal and external marketing environment of pingzhuang coal industry is analyzed,this paper points out the main problems existing in the marketing work.Based on the actual situation of enterprises,combined with the problems identified,the use of SWOT analysis method to make the target market selection and market positioning,so as to design the marketing strategy.
