Along with intensified market competition, the traditional business management model has apparently been unable to adapt to the new situation.More and more enterprises pay attention to supply chain and its management model.Supply Chain Performance Evaluation(SCPE) is to evaluate and assess the benefit and effect of supply chain implementation, which is one of the key components of Supply Chain Management(SCM).Building a complete set of Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Metrics(SCPEMs) is conducive to assess the competitiveness of supply chain member enterprises, collaboration among all the members as well as the whole competitiveness of supply chain, besides it also can provide a scientific basis for supply chain performance improvement.Based on the knowledge of performance evaluation,in this thesis,we pursue an in-depth research on SCPE.The results of the research are as follows:Firstly, the trait of SCPE as well as the critical role SCPE played in SCM,are systematically analyzed based on the insightful understanding of SCPE.After that, the deep investigation is carried on into the basic elements and its design process of Supply Chain Performance Evaluation System(SCPES) to guide the SCPES for actual operation.Based on the research on the traditional evaluation model of performance measurement(BSC,SCOR,EVA etc.),a new evaluation model of SCPE,named BSC-SCOR,is proposed, which will better satisfy the design requirements of SCPEMs.In this thesis, the SCPEMs is divided into four parts:the members' performance metrics, collaborative performance metrics and the whole performance metrics as well as support performance metrics. After absorbing the performance index system based upon T,I and OE,the concept of Throughout and constraint of Theory of Constraints(TOC),a SCPEMs,as well as the corresponding detailed interpretation and decomposition, are also put forward by using BSC-SCOR model, which will be of great help to those supply chain managers in construction of SCPEMs.And then through an analysis of the basic principle of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation(FSE),this dissertation introduces the FSE into the field of the whole supply chain performance evaluation, and solves the problems of the index values, the identification of weight as well as integration of qualitative index and quantitative index. The paper also gives a detailed calculation, the evaluation process, and establishes the flow of supply chain performance standards based on Benchmarking. This research marks a first step.It gives insight into theoretic of SCPE.It also establishes a template for future research and investigation.
