Research On The Integrated Operation Mechanism Of High-tech Enterprise Industry Alliance

This article firstly through argument analysis,find that the main problem facing the development of innovative industry is to realize the commercialization of technology standard,but the industry alliance plays a central role in the commercialization of technology standard. And then through contrastive analysis of different industry alliance models at home and abroad to argue that because of China's innovative industry is limited by the government administration system and its own operation mechanism, it is difficult to play its due role.So this article uses the method of case study, take a systematic analysis about the successful experience of the new industry alliance model in the private broadband operation industry,and put forward that establish this new industry alliance model is a reliable way for the domestic industry alliance to solve its own problems.
