Research On Wise Pipe Strategy Of Telecom Operators

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet,the traditi-onal telecom business growth is stalled.With the tremendous changes of the telecom industry,the network traffic has become an important p-art of user consumption.But the traditional telecom pipeline is extensi-ve pipeline,which can not meet the needs of users in a timely and ef-fective manner.The price of traditional business is declining,leading t-elecom operators to embarrassing situation that is the increment but not increase income.In this paper,the telecommunications industry is facing market and policy changes,the macroeconomic environment and other aspects are described in this paper.The macro environment of telecom operators is analyzed.Fully demonstrated the necessity of telecom operators from t-he traditional pipe to wise pipeline transformation Also,contoured and key technology of wise pipe were discussed in detail and summarizes t-he telecom operators to develop wise pipe stage.On the other hand,t-he current situation of the domestic and foreign telecom operators' wis-e pipeline strategy is analyzed and summarizeed,and the problems and shortcomings of the current domestic telecom operators are analyzed.F-inally based on the above analysis,this paper presents suggestions of t-he development strategy of the telecom intelligent pipeline operators in China:in the development of emerging markets,improve the pipeline i-ntelligent degree,open wise pipe capacity and focus on,and to identif-y the key points of implementation of the strategy.And for the advent-ages and disadvantages of each of the three operators,proposed in the development of wise pipe operators should focus on each of the three focus.Make relevant policy recommendations more operational.In this paper,SWOT analysis and other analysis methods are used to study the development strategy of telecom operators in the Internet e ra,and based on the advantages and disadvantages of the three operato-rs,put forward their own strategies.The related strategy has certain maneuverability,and it can provide a certain reference value for the pi-pe strategy of telecom operators.
