Economic base determines the superstructure of a country, a financial decision with the topic of a countrys economic lifeline seem trite but with each passing day.China's financial market and the overall pattern of the banking system is also undergoing profound changes. But for a long time, the banking system has accumulated incalculable bad loans, although in recent years in the \"double down\" trend appears on the whole, but the fundamental problem not solved.As one of the important pillar industries in the national economy, real estate has become a new growth point of the national economy since the end of the last century because of its relatively large number of upstream and downstream related industries and strong industrial relations. The real estate industry needs a lot of financial support,the development and operation of the funds are mostly from major financial institutions.China's real estate industry financing channels is relatively narrow, through the capitalmarket, the proportion of direct financing is extremely small, most of the indirect financing through commercial banks,real estate development of commercial banks rely heavily on loans, which makes the real estate industry risk height Focus on commercial banks. It is imperative to reduce the real estate credit risk of commercial banks.In this paper, the real estate credit risk for the research topic, the first chapter describes the study of commercial banks real estate credit risk management background and significance of the relevant literature review, introduced the core research issues and research methods. The second chapter expatiates on the theory and practice of credit risk, and analyzes the current situation and problems of real estate credit risk management of commercial banks in China from two aspects of internal and external factors as the theoretical basis of the following. The third chapter introduces the current situation and problems of real estate credit risk management in Tongliao Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. It is found that there are many problems in the real estate credit management of Tongliao Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, such as the control environment is not in place, information management defect, corporate governance structure imperfect, Lack of independence, intense competition in the market and bank's own fraud, and explores the reasons behind it. The fourth chapter is to improve the credit risk management of real estate credit of Tongliao Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. The suggestions include strengthening the pre-warning mechanism of real estate credit project risk, widening after-sale channel of commercial bank's real estate credit risk, strengthening the internal control system, make a suggestion. The establishment of China's real estate credit risk management system in stages to strengthen the monitoring of real estate loans, and continuously expands the real estate loans after the transfer channel is the fundamental solution to the real estate loans the key to credit issues.
