A Research On The Differences Of Human Capital Of The Major Ethnic Groups In The Bai Autonomous Prefecture Of DaLi

Human capital is the present value of the potential labor income of an individual labor force in an economy,which embodies the human knowledge,skills and health status,and is the key factor of economic growth,the human capital of a nation determines the ability of a nation's own development and the social economic development.This paper study on the human capital of the main nationalities in Dali,chooses the Han,Bai,Yi,Hui and Lisu nationalities as the research object,combined with empirical data and field investigation,use the gross admission rate,enrollment rate,academic education,engaged in industry,engaged in business,engaged in occupation,birth rate,mortality,health expenditure and other indicators as index to describe the status and differences of the academic education,learning in work and training,health and lifespan of the main nationalities in Dali.And to compare the changes in the main ethnic groups based on the fifth,six census data of Dali.The study found that there are differences in human capital between main ethnic groups in Dali,Han,Bai,Hui human capital stock is greater than the Yi,Lisu.Hui,Bai,Han received higher education degree than the Yi and Lisu;As for Learning in work and training,the Hui people has obvious advantages,Han,Bai and Dali state on the equal level,Yi,Lisu lower than the overall level of Dali;As for Healthy life,the Han,Bai,Hui's is healthier than the Yi,Lisu.Han,Bai,Hui pay more attention to medical and health care investment.In order to verify the difference of human capital,the author analyzes the causes of the formation of the main national human capital differences in Dali state from the geographical distribution,the national economic development,the regional policy,the social environment and the family environment factors.Under the background of the national "13th Five-Year Plan" and the realization of comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020,this paper put forward the policy implications from the regional development,poverty alleviation,precision poverty alleviation,policy use capacity,national unity and progress.
