As the core content of human resource management,is the essential part of human resource management,performance management and incentive method can also be applied to the content of the commercial Banks,improving the incentive and restraint mechanisms and achieving the strategic objectives.Performance management is a combination of all can be a key tool of human talent and power into the strategic advantage of commercial banks,the improvement and optimization of the performance management system has become an inevitable choice to cultivate the core competitiveness of commercial banks from the angle of strategy.In this paper,the Agricultural Bank of Yangxi County as the research object,based on fully grasp the situation of the Agricultural Bank of Yangxi county and dynamic performance management theory and practice,using the theories of management and economics,adopt literature research,case interviews and questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of performance management of Yangxi County bank and the existing problems and put forward the performance management scheme of Yangxi County ABC BSC according to these problems.In this paper,through the analysis of the original performance appraisal system of the Agricultural Bank ofYangxi County,as a country branch,the original evaluation index system of Yangxi county is too complex,the outlets are often at a loss in the business development process.At the same time,due to the higher line approved an important indicator of a special sprint stage,temporary task and other factors,some indicators in weight,performance incentives and individual appraisal even have increased the chips,cause employees to take short-sighted approach in comparison interests driven.This paper through the performance appraisal method is introduced to form the Balanced Scorecard to make scientific,combining strategic objectives and the Agricultural Bank of Yangxi County,can fully reflect the operating performance of Yangxi County Agricultural Bank business,better guide the practice of Yangxi County Agricultural Bank,effectively ensure the realization of the strategic objectives.At the same time,there are few studies on bank performance management system for Agricultural Bank.According to the development of the Agricultural Bank of Yangxi County,the analysis of the existing performance management problems and shortcomings,and on the results of the study put forward some measures for the processing of,which has a certain reference for the performance management of other Guangdong agricultural bank in the country.
