A Study On Tourism Targeted Proverty Alleviation In Fumin Village

Poverty is the biggest barrier of economic development for a country,and China was one of the countries who has large amount of poor people.After decades' exploration for poverty alleviation,the poverty population shrinking constantly,and a unique Poverty alleviation mode in Chinese style has been formed.As the social change and the progress of the era,more and more deficiency in Chinese mode increasingly appear: focus on providing poverty alleviation funds instead of teaching the poor how to ran out of the poverty,so the ability of the poor couldn't get any improvement;here also arise a new problem,the mode of poverty alleviation changed to be formalized,even fake.To deal with these shortcomings and problems,our country needs a new model for poverty alleviation,then the targeted poverty alleviation comes into being.Fumin County is a provincial poor village in the north-west of Gulin County,locates in the center position among Xuyong County,Gulin County and Huangjing Scenic Forests.By the end of 2014,there were 126 cards poor households,a total of427 people,and the incidence rate of poverty was 19.26%,is a representative of the poor.This paper takes the Fumin village as the research object,conducts an investigation on the targeted poverty alleviation of this village.This paper also analyzes the existing problems and obstacles in poverty alleviation through combining the relative poverty theory and specific local practice,then puts forward the corresponding solutions.Based on the empirical research of the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policy in Fumin,some problems have been found:poverty alleviation is not strong enough;the single helping subject;lack of supervision;passive poverty alleviation and weakly self development ability of poor people.These problems are representative and typical in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation.Aiming at the typical problems in the development of poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward measures in seven aspects: identifying the poor accurately;choosing the development model accurately;training new kinds of farmersaccurately;arranging tourism project accurately;developing tourism products accurately;carrying out tourism marketing accurately and ensuring the poor accurately.
