Research On Taking Targeted Measures To Help People Lift Themselves Out Of Poverty In Jia County Of Shaanxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,more than 700 million rural poor people in China have successfully escaped poverty and created a miracle in the history of world poverty reduction.China's “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” outline clearly defines the implementation of the Precision Poverty Alleviation and Precision Poverty Reduction Task Force as one of the most important aspects of its economic work.Accurate poverty alleviation has been promoted as a national strategy.However,the poverty-stricken areas are underdeveloped and the number of impoverished people is large.The poverty era is still severe in the new era.The poverty alleviation work in rural areas has entered the sprint of hard-boiled,tough-for-all,stumbling,and it is necessary to build a welloff society in 2020 and realize all the poverty-stricken counties' s "Cap",poverty-relief work time is tight and the task is heavy.Based on the theory of precision poverty alleviation and development,this paper conducts household surveys on poverty households in eight villages in Jia County through questionnaire surveys and field interviews.This survey focuses on the basic information of poor households,the implementation of government policies,and the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policies.The statistical analysis of the status quo of precision poverty alleviation in Jia County explores the influencing factors of the overall satisfaction of the poverty alleviation policy,thus discovering the deficiencies in poverty alleviation work and proposing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The survey found that poor families have high satisfaction with the precise poverty alleviation policies of Jia County,and the variables such as the level of satisfaction with health and poverty relief and per capita disposable income of the family are the key factors affecting the overall satisfaction of poverty alleviation policies.There is a poverty alleviation fund in poverty alleviation work in Jia County.Unclear use,lack of innovation in poverty alleviation methods,and lack of publicity for pro-poor policies,etc.Therefore,the government should formulate corresponding assistance measures according to the actual situation of impoverished households in Jia County,adjust measures to local conditions,innovate in poverty alleviation methods,supervise the use of poverty alleviation funds,and strengthen poverty alleviation policies.The promotion of poverty alleviation has been strengthened in areas such as propaganda.
