| In twenty-first Century,knowledge has become the main driving force to promote social progress,the core role of human resources in the development of enterprises is more prominent,human resource management has became the focus of modern enterprise management.There is no doubt that staff training is the main way to realize the growth of human capital.PETDC is a specialized company specializing in directional well technology service,under the new situation of low oil price and fierce industrial competition,to promote employee‘s knowledge、skill and quality through training could exert the function of talent motivation,bring along enterprise connotative development,resist the huge impact of the difficult market situation in the “winter” of low oil price,promote the development of general strategy.Firstly,this paper introduces background and significance of the research、 domestic and foreign research actuality、the main research contents、research methods and technical route,expounds the relative training theories of human capital、 learning organization theory 、PDCA cycle and so on.,and summarizes the general composition of the training system.Secondly,the paper takes the PETDC company as an example,and summarizes the present situation of the construction of the professional technical staff training system.Several significant problems such as lack of recognition、low motivation、incomplete contents and bad effect are pointed out,and the root causes of those problems are analyzed.And on the basis,this paper based on development strategy optimizes and designs the enterprise professional and technical staff training system according to ideas of “Two targets、Five principle、Four layers”.The enterprise professional and technical staff training system was optimized and designed from four aspects such as the professional and technical staff training needs,training plan compilation,key factors control of implementation and training effect evaluation,the echeloned training system is built;Finally,this paper puts forward some proposals from three aspects of organization、institution and resource.The research results are summarized,and the future research directions are prospected in this paper. |
