With the continuous development of enterprises,performance evaluation is becoming more and more important.If we can not establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system,the strategic objectives of the enterprise can not be completed,and the implementation of the company's strategy may also be damaged.The Balanced Scorecard as a strategic management and performance evaluation scientific method,combined the evaluation process and the enterprise strategy together,has attracted more and more attention of experts and scholars,but at present the balance scorecard system is rarely used,how to deep dive into the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard and its measurements,in order to establish a set of complete balanced score card strategic performance evaluation system from a company's strategic point of view is quite urgent,and this is the starting point of the paper.In this paper,the author uses the method of theoretical analysis and case analysis,to construct the performance evaluation system of RC company.Theoretical analysis,combing the performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard theory,providing theoretical support for the latter case study.In the core part of this case analysis,the author chose RC company as a research sample,introduced the company's situation,organization structure and strategic environment,and analyzed the company's performance evaluation practices and problems.This paper put forward by way of balanced scorecard to solve existing problems.It focused on the analysis of the RC company using balanced scorecard conditions and basic principles,established RC company's performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard.Specifically,by determining the strategic target,strategic maps,and then establishing strategic related company scorecard;designing with AHP weights;decompositioning the company scorecard to departments and individuals;expounding different target setting method;proposing performance evaluation method and evaluating the general implementation process;formulating the basic incentive form of RC company,the incentive mechanism linking the Balanced Scorecard and the company to ensure the company's goals and personal goals;paying attention to the performance evaluation system to improve and update timely.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures,mainly from the improvement of communication and education programs,the establishment of IT platform,theimprovement of the internal environment,the establishment of the balanced scorecard implementation organization.
