With the deepening of globalization and the deepening of China's market,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Managers gradually realize that good performance management system plays an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.The optimization of the performance management system,has become the only way which must be passed in modern enterprises.In response to the call to protect the environment,energy saving and emission reduction,new energy vehicles came into being,and became the development trend of the automotive industry.China's new energy automotive industry is still in the development stage,at present,there are more than 200 domestic enterprises involved in the production of new energy vehicles,the market competition is very fierce.At the same time,the automobile industry is in the stage of transition from traditional manufacturing to new energy industry,the requirements of development and internal management level will be higher,enterprises are facing serious challenges.Through the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance management system,enhance performance of enterprises and individuals and optimize business processes,improve the internal management level,help enterprises to gain a foothold in the competitive market environment.Balanced Scorecard integrates enterprise strategy into performance management,from the financial,customer,internal operations,learning and growth of the four interrelated dimensions to fully assess the performance of enterprises,improve business efficiency and management level and help companies achieve strategic goals.This paper adopts the method of case study and theory research,LF companies are selected as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,this paper constructs the performance management system of LF company on the basis of Balanced Scorecard,which can optimize the performance management system of LF company and provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry.First of all,this paper introduces the relevant theories of strategic management and performance management,and compares the advantages of the Balanced Scorecard and the traditional performance appraisal.Then,this paper introduces the performance management of new energy automobile industry in China,including the status of the industry,the performance management of new energy automotive enterprises,industry characteristics,based on the industry characteristics of the Balanced Scorecard.Next,analyze the case of LF company,first introduced the development status and current situation of performance management of enterprises,analyzes the necessity of building a balanced scorecard,and then using the method of questionnaire investigation and researchers scoring,established four indexes,next,use the AHP method to determine the index weight balance scorecard,finally complete balanced scorecard system construction of LF company.Finally,on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard of LF company,this paper further expounds the implementation of the performance management,the safeguard measures in the process and draw the conclusion of the article.
