The Present Situation And Countermeasures For The Development Of Industrial Production Of Pitaya In Pingguo County

Pitaya,a new kind of tropical and subtropical fruit,because of its rich nutritionand unique features,rich vegetable albumin and anthocyanin,high medicinal and orrnamental value,has attracted much attention in recent years.The development of Guangxi pitaya industry is so rapid that it has plant more than ten thousand hm2 and become the largest planting area in China,which only Pingguo county dragon fruit planting area reached two thousand three hundred and eighty hm2.At present,so many preferential policies have made to develop pitaya industry in Pingguo.As a pillar industry in mountainous area of poverty of the masses,pitaya planting has become the typical experience to promote in rocky desertification area.Pitaya has become the main income for the farmers in Pingguo county.In this paper,the related theory of agricultural industrialization are used to research on the development strategy of Pingguo pitaya industry.There are so many advantages for the development of Pitaya industry in Pingguo county,such as abundant agricultural resources,climate conditions are very suitable for the growth of Pitaya;good location,convenient transportation;vigorously support the Pingguo county government,the introduction of Guangxi Guanqiang Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.and a number of leading enterprises,the establislhment of production bases of pitaya,established planting cooperatives,conducive to promoting the development of Pitaya industry.As the development of industrialization in Pingguo County,pitaya also has some problems,such as many farmers are lack of knowledge,resulting in insufficient investment,pitaya planting management;the small industrial scale,industrialization level is not high;the promotion of new varieties of slow,low content of science and technology;industry chain is short,the lag of deep processing technology;sales channels narrow.The market system is not perfect.For further development of Pingguo pitaya industry,we should focus on strengthening the base construction,speed up the Pitaya health non-toxic seedling production,promote the promotion of new varieties,give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises;standardization of cultivation techniques for suitable planting efforts to standardize the local pitaya,pitaya vigorously promote the standardization of cultivation techniques;extend the industrial chain,improve value-added products value;planning the development of Pitaya industry,strengthen policy support and expand the market;improve the circulation system,strengthen international cooperation and technical exchanges,to promote the new pattern of"company + base + farmers" in Pingguo county.
