Study On Quality Evaluation And Dynamic Mechanism Of New Urbanization In Jiangxi Province

From a micro perspective,urbanization is conducive to the gathering of human,material,and financial resources,integrating social resources,creating employment opportunities,improving the industrial structure,and increasing the level of regional development.From a meso perspective,urbanization is the necessary way for a country’s socio-economic development,and it is an indispensable strategic decision to achieve a country’s prosperity.From a macro perspective,urbanization is the result of the choice of natural historical development,and it is the general trend and trend of the competitive development of the world today.It can even be said that the direction of urbanization development is related to the entire human development process.In 2014,China issued the "National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)".The introduction of this plan marks the break of traditional urbamzation development thinking in China,and it means that the road to urbanization in China in the future will not only focus on "material wealth" but also pay attention to"humanistic spirit." 2020 is the last year for China to build a well-off society.Therefore,all parts of the country must deeply understand the significance of urbanization construction to economic and social development.In the process of urbanization development,what we have to do is to firmly grasp development opportunities,accurately predict development trends and properly handle development difficulties.Jiangxi Province has had a reputation of "Materials and Talents" since ancient times,and its development is also highly valued by the country.However,as a large agricultural province,its industrialization started late,its process was slow,and its industrial infrastructure was relatively weak.Thus at the national average level of urbanization,Jiangxi Province is in the middle and lower.In this regard,Jiangxi Province attaches great importance to the issue of urbanization construction.Therefore,this article evaluates the quality and mechanical machine of the new urbanization development in Jiangxi Province,uses the evaluation results to find out the deficiencies in the process of urbanization development,put forward develop targeted opinions and development strategies.Opinions and development strategies,so as to contribute to the province’s strength for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society across the country.Based on the review and analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign research literatures,this paper takes 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province as the research object,and collects data of various prefecture-level cities in the 12 years from 2006 to 2017.From the seven aspects of population employment,economic development,land space,environmental greening,public services,lifestyle and urban-rural coordination,the entropy method was used to evaluate the quality of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province.Based on the results obtained from the entropy method,the new urbanization development level of Jiangxi Province and 11 prefecture-level cities are analyzed from the dual dimensions of time and space.Based on the quality evaluation,the results of the quality evaluation are used as the dependent variables,and the four types of mechanical machine:endogenous,external,government,and market are used as independent variables.By constructing a regression model and analyzing its mechanical machine,the magnitudes of various types of mechanical machine on the new urbanization in Jiangxi Province are obtained.The final empirical results:With regard to the results of the evaluation of the quality of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province.(1)From a time perspective,from 2006 to 2017,both the overall level of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province and the level of new urbanization in various prefecture-level cities have been increasing year by year.Especially after 2016,the overall level exceeded 50%,the prefecture-level cities with the lowest development level also exceeded 30%,and the prefecture-level cities with the highest development level even reached 85%.This shows that the level of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province is increasing day by day.(2)From a spatial perspective,there are large differences in development levels between cities in various regions,and regional development is uneven,showing a trend of high in the northeast,low in the southwest,high in the north and south,and low in the middle.In terms of the mechanical machine for promoting the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province,the endogenous power plays the most critical role in promoting the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province,the government power is second,the market power is third,and the external power is the weakest.Judging from the results of the evaluation of the development quality of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province and the evaluation of the mechanical machine affecting its development quality,to make Jiangxi Province’s new urbanization development fast and good in the future,it is necessary to solve the problem of uneven regional development and the problem of weak market power and external power.Therefore,in view of the uneven and uncoordinated development of the new urbanization region in Jiangxi Province,it is proposed to coordinate small and medium-sized cities and towns to give play to the radiating role of large cities.This approach can make better use of the trickle-down effect of large cities,from point to area,to strengthen the weak,to narrow the overall development gap,and promote the healthy development of the new urbanization level of the entire province.In view of the insufficient power and limited efficiency of the market power mechanism in the mechanical machine,suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure and giving play to the leading role of the market.This proposal is mainly used to awaken market vitality,so as to better play the role of large and medium-sized enterprises,and promote economic development.In view of the weak force of the external power,suggestions to strengthen foreign cooperation and improve foreign trade.This proposal is mainly aimed at enhancing the degree of foreign trade links and enhancing the effectiveness of the external power,this provides a powerful driving force for the new urbanization of Jiangxi Province to develop healthily and efficiently.
