The Mechanism Research Of Knowledge Transfer On SMEs Innovation Network

The size and market position of SMEs determines it must be the main part in innovation networks which has solved the small size of SMEs, and established a reasonable mechanism and incentive mechanism, and thus the competitiveness of SME has been improved. From the theoretical perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper is discussed on the mechanism problems of SMEs' innovation network. It has made a comprehensive analysis of the integration of the knowledge conversion dynamic and process mechanism in SMEs' innovation networks.First of all, on the basic analysis of knowledge transfer in SMEs' innovation networks, this paper put forward the basic frame of knowledge transfer mechanism:dividing the process of knowledge transfer into two phases, that is, the knowledge transfer of knowledge source and the knowledge reception of subscriber. Besides, it points out the relevant premise and knowledge preparation, which makes a good theoretical framework for the research of knowledge transfer mechanism. This paper has analyzed the basic concepts and features of its dynamic mechanism and process mechanism: the dynamic mechanism—the knowledge separation of knowledge source; the process mechanism—the routine of the knowledge transfer on innovative networks. Under the two situations (free state and constraint state), the function is structured and its result is solved. According to the analysis of the dynamic model of the evolutionary game theory, it turns out that the cost of the knowledge transfer, the knowledge absorption and conversion abilities of the enterprises, the knowledge level difference among the enterprises are the key factor having an influence on the dynamic mechanism evolution of knowledge transfer in the new networks.Secondly, the paper has made a research on the process mechanism model of knowledge transfer and its simulation based on multi-agents. The equation of transition probability is obtained on the basis of multi-agents feature analysis of the SMEs' knowledge transfer, and also the process mechanism model is co structured on the basis of multi-agents. It uses nonlinear system dynamics to show the status change process of knowledge transfer, and uses matrix to demonstrate the knowledge listing of the main body, which are further advocated to the knowledge transfer process mechanism of the whole routine. In addition, it brings in simulation tools to make quantification measurements on the main body and the network knowledge. It adopts Netlogo to make simulations. It makes simulation analysis of the mechanism model of the knowledge transfer of bi-agents and multi-agents.Thirdly, this paper has demonstrated and verified the concept model of the influential factors of the knowledge transfer. The moderating effects of the knowledge transfer mechanism relation have been verified on the basis of analyzing the main influential factors of knowledge transfer. First, we select the factors and reject the willing to accept, and put forward 12 main research hypothesis of trust mechanism, knowledge distance and so on, which increases the internal covert gender, complexity and control variable of knowledge. After the scale quality test, we discuss whether there are obvious differences in the different controllable variants against the performance of knowledge transfer and various influential factors. Through the modal of equation of structure, we have analyzed the interaction and the mediator effect of the various factors of knowledge transfer, and the factors influencing the knowledge transfer performance. And finally, we have made regression analysis to verify the moderate effect model of the relation of knowledge transfer mechanism. It turns out that the regulating action of the knowledge transfer mechanism against the performance is mainly represented character variables of transferred knowledge.Lastly, according to the dynamic mechanism model, process mechanism model and the research conclusions of the influential factors, this paper has organized and designed the knowledge transfer mechanism of the innovative networks of SMEs. It also has put forward policy suggestions in the respect of organization, technology, culture and the external environment of the network. In addition, this paper offers theory support for improving the mechanism design of knowledge transfer in the innovative knowledge of SMEs, which has the vital value and meaning in enriching the knowledge management and the innovative network theories.
