China's Ministry of Finance announced on August 11,2016 statistics,in 2015 the national government procurement scale of 2 trillion and 107 billion 50 million yuan,for the first time exceeded two trillion.Since the government procurement law was promulgated in 2002,China's government procurement has been developing continuously,and the functions of government procurement finance and public administration have become increasingly prominent?However,more and more problems are exposed in the process of development,in which the high price of government procurement is the core of public concern,and the high price of government procurement has become a typical negative point of government.As a public officer of Shenzhen municipal government procurement work,with experience in government procurement work is solid,can be seen in the thinking of their work as the basis of the paper,and strive to comprehensive analysis and explore the reasons behind this phenomenon around the false high price of government procurement,To explore the future direction of reform,in order to achieve fair,impartial and open government procurement requirements,to provide effective ideas and perspectives?In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of government procurement and the relevant literature at home and abroad.According to the reasons,this paper tries to find out the countermeasures to solve the problems from the angle of the government procurement department and the supplier management,the government puts forward the corresponding policy and the innovation procurement mechanism.
