Research On The Collaborative Development Of Modern Service Industry In Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei Based On Spatial And Temporal Data Analysis

Modern service industry is the main force of the tertiary industry in today’s information age. The rapid development of the tertiary industry plays an important role in promoting the overall development of the region. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, although geographically connected, but for a long time the tertiary industry development is not coordinated, modern service industry is particularly prominent. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is located in the Bohai economic circle, the coordinated development of modern service industry is of great significance to the boost of the regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Based on the theoretical research of modern service industry at home and abroad,this paper explores the evolution of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the concept and characteristics of service industry and modern service industry, and the definition of modern service industry. On the basis of these theoretical research, this paper analyzes the status quo of the coordinated development of modern service industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from two dimensions of time and space. Based on the database of the national organization code management center, combined with external data, the author analyzes the code information related to the organization of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. According to the administrative divisions, the regional data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei were extracted from 2000 to 2015.The data were analyzed and summarized by means of statistical analysis, concentration measurement, exploratory spatial analysis and location method.The results of dynamic comparative analysis of modern service industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the regional scale show that the problems of modern service industry include: restricting of administrative barriers, the implementation of top-level desgin is not in place, Imperfect infrastructure, unbalanced development of the region,Regional characteristics is not obvious, weakness of R & D innovation capability, talent imbalance, the block of factors flow, et al.Enhance the top-level design, improve the infrastructure construction,Complementary advantages; heterogenization, to stimulate technological innovation,broaden the financing channels, cultivate talents, Elements of reasonable flow to promote the modern service industry and other strategies for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region within the modern service industry healthily, coordinated development to give some reference to promote the optimization and upgrading of the tertiary industry.
