An Empirical Study On Farming Behavior Of Farmers In Cultivated Land In Collective Forest Region

Farmers' cultivated land cultivation of forest behavior,although conducive to the development of ecological environment in the forest,the rational use of forest land,but should do a good job monitoring,to avoid blindly cultivated land to forest management,so as not to affect the agricultural land structure changes and local agriculture Normal development.And farmers' cultivation of cultivated land is of great significance to the orderly development of agriculture,food security and macroeconomic policy formulation.Based on the data of 192 households in four forest counties and counties in Zhejiang Province,the Probit and Tobit models were used to analyze the factors affecting the behavior and scale of cultivated forest(economic forest).The results show:Farmers who have a considerable scale have cultivated trees to cultivate trees,and the types of trees planted in cultivated land are dominated by economic forest.(1)Whether or not cultivated land is planted with trees,farmers will gradually choose to plant trees with high labor productivity on cultivated land with the increase of labor cost,the increase of labor force and the increase of agricultural labor force and the increase of elderly population aged 65 and above.The more the number of blocks,the greater the per capita arable land,the higher the proportion of economic forest and the village where the distance to the county,the more farmers will choose to plant trees in the cultivated land.(2)In terms of the size of cultivated land in cultivated land,the higher the population and the number of migrant workers in the past 65 years old,the greater the proportion of the per capita arable land,the lower the proportion of high quality cultivated land,the greater the proportion of economic forest,the higher the local labor price The higher the distance between the village and the village,the greater the size of the farmer on the cultivated land.(3)In the aspect of cultivating economic forest in cultivated land,the original forest structure(economic forest area proportion)has a significant positive effect on farmer's afforestation.Finally,the cultivated land that has been converted into forest land is difficult to rehabilitate the cultivated land due to the developed forest system.If there is no necessary control means to guide and supervise it,it is bound to threaten food security and orderly operation of forestry.In order to cope with the farmer's cultivation of cultivated land,the relevant policy suggestions were put forward: actively promote the development of rural areas,promote the transformation of rural areas,promote the development of local ecological and economic development;strengthen the collective forest forestry infrastructure construction,promote local forestry development;further promote rural land circulation,to achieve scale of operation;improve agricultural production efficiency and agricultural management initiative;According to local conditions,to strengthen land monitoring,reasonable farming.
