Forecast And Analysis Of The Consumption Quality Of Urban Residents In Guiyang

This paper is based on the background of striving for our country in the great process of well-off society,it deeply studied the consumption quality of urban residents in Guiyang.By reading a large number of papers related to the quality of consumption,based on the study of the quality of people's life,this paper constructs a set of consumption quality evaluation index system according to the three consumption factors-consumer,object and environment.Then,according to the established index system about the quality of consumption and the satisfaction survey of Guiyang urban residents' consumption quality,we use the methods like factor analysis and coefficient of variation method to make a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of consumption quality of Guiyang's urban residents from both objective and subjective aspects.The paper not only comparing the quality of consumption with the domestic eastern coastal developed cities like Hangzhou and the national urban residents to understand the consumption level of Guiyang urban residents,but also predicting the quality of consumption of Guiyang urban residents to see whether it would achieve the comprehensive well-off Consumption level or not up to 2020.Finally,according to the collected data,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of Guiyang's urban residents 'consumption quality,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the consumption quality in the future.Through the study we have gotten the result that Guiyang urban residents' basic living needs have been met,the quality of comsumption and living standards have been greatly improved after the catch-up type of development in recent years,even slightly higher than the national average consumption level of urban residents.It is just around the corner to achieve a comprehensive well-off consumer standards in the next few years if it is according to this trend of development.But at the same time,we also should realize the great gap compared with developed cities and find some problems of consumption quality of Guiyang urban residents,for example,the consumption level and quality of residents is still not very good,the consumption structure is not reasonable,the consumption environment is poor and so on,so we must take some effective measures,such as increasing income,strengthening consumer's education,broaden the field of consumption,optimizing the consumption environment to improve the quality of residents' consumption.
