As the world economy into the post the financial crisis era,the world economic recovery and the enterprise are also full of crisis.Although Chinese economy in the economic crisis achieved a certain rate,but it still has some weaknesses on the enterprises,such as the absence of innovation and the world famous brands,the advantage on low cost fading and so on.Therefore,the Chinese prime minister--li keqiang,in March 2015,absolutely put forward the project--Made in China2025,which plans to use 10 years to develop the Chinese manufacturing industry,focus on how to broad the Chinese enterprises' horizons,and put the China promotion enterprises' core competitiveness as the primary position of the current Chinese enterprises internationalization at length.The project of "Made in China 2025" and the theory of innovation are based on two points listed as follows: Firstly,because of the influence of the economic crisis and the weakness of economic recovery,the United States performs the strategy of reindustrialization in order to improve the employment rate and native enterprises' core competitiveness;Germany puts forward the development strategy of "Industrial4.0" to maintain the international leading position on the industry;Secondly,Facing of the domestic consumers' growing demand on the high quality of products and the extensive development strategy being unsustainable,we need find the long-term solutions and the current manufacturing enterprises in China have to put forward higher request to themselves so that the "Made in China 2025" strategy arises at the historic moment.Against the current international and domestic background,this article summarise situations and the characteristics on our country enterprise internationalization and carries on some suggestions on the enterprises' internationalization strategy through different analysis methods,which includes the experience on the domestic and foreign research theory,the SWOT analysis and case analysis: firstly,the innovation strategy on internationalization is a important way to upgrade the managemence of enterprises.Secondly,although China is the "world factory",most of which are in the low profit so the strategy of brand will be the primary way to improve.Thirdly,according to the marketing strategy,we should take a advantage of Internet to build the marketing promotion and reduce the cost of marketing and expand different ways of marketing at length.
