| With the development of communication equipment manufacturing industry,the competition of PT company facing is more seriously.In order to keep the core competitiveness,it becomes more and more important to reserve knowledge workers.Thus,the chief concerns that PT company needs to consider at the moment is how to improve the design of the knowledge workers incentive system to ensure the introduction and cultivation of knowledge workers,and how to stimulate their enthusiasm and develop their potentials.This is the background to this research.This article is based on a real company and aiming to help solving the problem.It is based on the theories of research results home and abroad in terms of worker incentive,sets out a definition of knowledge workers and concludes the underlying definition,features and demands of knowledge workers.Then the author picks up the knowledge workers of PT company to make a further study through in-depth interviews and questionnaire.With understanding of the current factors of the incentive system and its problems and the real demand of the knowledge workers,this essay finally brings up solutions on improving the incentive system for PT company.In order to make sure the system works well,the essay also puts forward the guarantee measures.Based on the research of the demand of PT company’s knowledge workers,this paper construct a more specific incentive system,providing a new view for incentive management,improving management efficiency and reducing management costs.It is also benefit for self-realization of knowledge workers and achieving a win-win situation.At the same time,this paper provides a reference for other companies. |
