In 2015,the State Council officially approved the establishment of the Jiangbei New Area.For Luhe,how to seize this great opportunity is the general working direction in this two years.There is agreement on the necessity of improment based on the existing industry foundation,put forwards the proportion of modern service sector and speed up efforts to combination of industry and city.The same year,Senior officials of Luhe decided to build automobile service industry park in Luhe Economic Zone during the urban planning and design seminars.It is a practical step to strengthen the gathering effect of modern service and inprove the quality of tertiary industry.It will cement the position of Luhe as a gateway to the north of Nanjing.The research will provide more detailed information for leadership Decision.Through the sorting the cluster economic theory and automobile industry cluster research,I made the theoretical basis of automobile service industry park determined.Through the investigation of automobile park in Nanjing and around,comparing the well-known motor-city home and abroad,I find that the function integration of full chain of car production in this new generation of automobile service industry park will improve the efficiency of taxation and employment most.Through planning range and making sure the project feasibility,I made a preliminary construction planning and proposed the mid-Long-term scheduling.Along the main clue of the article is "sorting of cluster theory-investigating of industry present situation-analysing of project-strategy of reconstruction",I offer the conclusion of management.Overall,to build automobile service industry park in Luhe EDZ.is conformed good to the request of general planning and local needs.Through this study,I found the critical link of project feasibility study,gathered experience not only for this projet,but also for the similar projects for our company.
