Increasing competition in domestic and international construction market,a variety of problems is challenging domestic and foreign construction companies.For a long time,China's construction companies are faced with inefficiency,high cost and other issues,an effective way to solve the main problem of construction enterprises is to maximize the reduction in the total cost of construction.The material costs accounted for60%-70% of the total cost of the construction project,effectively improve materials management level ? reduce material costs,to reduce the total cost of construction is critical.Construction projects involved complex types of materials,its management is generally based on the construction project as a carrier,with converged,temporary and other characteristics.At the same construction project materials management parties involved usually are independent organizations with different objectives,management,operating procedures as well as interest demands,often one-sided because the parties involved seek to maximize their own interests and increase the conflict between the project goals and objectives of each participant,these have led to the construction project resource integration and management is very difficult,the low degree of supplies integrated management.And supply chain management emphasizes integrated management of the participating chain between the parties just can effectively compensate for the construction project for the center to decentralized management of short-term material cooperation defects.Therefore,this article is to design a material management system is based on the construction supply chain to solve the problems in the process of construction project material management of ZN company.It is mainly designed to improve the procurement of materials management,supplier management,on-site inspection,grant management,information sharing management in four areas,and specific implement in the SYZNCJC project,its effectiveness showed building materials supply chain management system not only makes the goals of the construction project can be successfully achieved,but also to improve management performance of the participating companies throughout the supply chain significantly.
