Analysis Of Influencing Factors On River Basin Rural Area Intensive Land Use In Wang Village Of Anze County

As a kind of residential land resources,its extensive use pattern has attracted the attention of scholars of rural residential land intensive use has become the main way to solve this problem.Therefore,in the small watershed of Wangcun River as the research object,to explore the suitable scope of the layout and intensive land use and the influence factors of the residents,not only can solve the contradiction between the local government and land intensive use in production requirements,but also insufficient from the micro level of intensive rural residential land use research.In this paper,using ArcGIS and Fragstats software of landscape analysis,and analysis of the integrated use of stack space buffer,a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the intensive study area residential use status,characteristics of landscape layout and settlements under different factors in distribution,and the influence of extraction factors for value obtained residential layout the range of suitable Mizoguchi village to Hebei Shicun line.Due to the existing rural residential expansion is restricted,most of the villagers is the future direction of the living through the village and moved to live together.Intensive rural residential use is farmers actively cooperate with the common role of government policy support and funding three results.Farmers decision-making is the main factors influencing residential land intensive land,government policy in the implementation process to rely on Farmers' demands to develop,implement based on farmers must,at the same time increase farmer income the level and move to the living level of farmers will also affect the living concentration.Thus,in 138 households in Wangcun River Basin as the research object,which is on the point of residents concentrated residential and resettlement factors of intensive residential land.Mainly from the macro level and micro level,including policy factors The economic factors and the wishes of farmers,land use factors of residential land intensive.From a macro perspective,the relevant policies and regulations are not perfect and the property right is not clear,the implementation of the policy is lack of unity,extensive use of indirect cause of land;in the economy,many farmers hope in the living,can run the existing land for agriculture,showed a higher degree of dependence,the income of farmers is single,is also one of the reasons causing residential land extensive use.The microcosmic intention based on farmers will have two effects on the pros and cons of the centralized residence intention,namely favorable and unfavorable aspects.Therefore,in strengthening the intensive use of land at the same time,should adhere to the principle of economical and intensive utilization of land resources,strengthen planning guidance;improve relevant laws,improve the land market;increase the investment of construction funds,increasing government support;at the same time,improve the quality of the population,to speed up the transfer speed;protection of ecological sustainability.
