With the development of Internet technology, data resources have become much more abundant. And China can be seen as a big power in data resources area. As the basic data for customized service offering,customer portraits, product demand design, personal information has become an important resource for enterprises to actively obtain.Commercialization of personal information tends to be normalized, and individuals are also willing to provide information to get better services or corresponding compensation, that is to say, personal information will become a commodity that can be traded in the market. However, the pricing mechanism is not clear yet, and measuring the value of personal information is the foundation of the establishment of pricing mechanisms to help with individual information transactions in an orderly way.In this paper, personal information value classifications and value measuring have been deeply studied, and the main work included the following aspects:(1) Summarizing the existing research on the basic theories of personal information, as well as comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing value measurement methods of personal information.(2) Summarizing the personal information items frequently collected by the enterprises. Meanwhile, using condition probabilities and graphics analytical method to analyze 540 collected questionnaires and classify personal information from the perspective of personal perceived value.(3) Measuring the information value of age and home address by double bounded dichotomous choice CVM. Two versions of 480 issued pre-survey questionnaires were given out so as to reasonably set the initial bid for two different circumstances, including social platform and financial platform; and finally 860 formal questionnaires were distributed to calculate the value of personal information.(4) According to the existing research, this paper comparatively analyzes the measurement value of personal information from three aspects, including information items difference, platforms difference and major influence factors.
